The weather in Shiheng Special Steel installation site was hot, sometimes as high as 32 degrees. But Wang Yufeng and Tu Jiancheng still chose to stick to the scene and organize the installation of equipment. Due to multiple and disorder construction on site, in order to unload the arriving equipment on time without delay, they mobilized everyone to clean the site in time to ensure the working conditions. In order to complete the delivery, they started work in advance every day, and often gave up the rest time at noon to continue to study the follow-up construction plan. In the evening, they insisted on finishing the day's work and thinking about the task of the next day in advance.
In the process of installation, for the workpiece with inclination requirements, the user required slurry method. In order to meet the needs of users, they led the team members to use their spare time in the evening to learn construction methods. Finally, all kinds of on-site problems were overcome, 72 slurry piles were completed in two days, and the parameters such as height, level and slope were guaranteed, which were recognized by the users. Recently, the installation site needs to adjust the rollers. In the face of sudden rain and cooling, they covered the level with their only umbrella and ensured the alignment of the idler despite the fact that they were drenched all over.
